Bottle @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Aromas of sweet esters, sweet citrus, citrus peel, green grapes, oaky, light lactic, funky cheesy notes. Taste is lactic sour, green grapes, citrus, esters, vanilla, vinous dry, lemon zesty. Nice!

Bottle at Tilt Side Project Tasting; hazy golden orange pour with a fine bubbly head, aroma has citrus and pineapple, taste has light citrus, hint of wood.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, vinegar, and fruits, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle, batch #2. Pours clear golden, large somewhat fizzy white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is really dusty, oak, Brett, lemon, basement aromas. Flavor is dry, light plus tart, light plus funky, dusty, Brett, lemons and a hint of acetone. Light body. Decent.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Ar9ma is fruity, wineous. Fruity. Sought citric. Dry and sourish. Smooth fruity. Mellow. Cris0 fruity. Slight citric. Mellow finish. Mellow and fruity finish.

(Sample @ CBC 2016 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours clear medium gold with a white head. Aroma of wheat cracker, white wine, edgy sulphurous funk, fairly balanced, a funky wet wood character floats around above everything. Flavours of white wine, wheat cracker, moderately funky, cheesy, fairly bright and zippy, but with a relatively expansive grain profile, lightly fruity, somewhat grassy. Medium bodied, a bit creamy feeling, soft carbonation. This is quite solid but it doesn't feel as involved or focused as the best SARA or HF saisons, perhaps a matter of personal preference.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. It pours yellow – gold with a pretty small white head. The aroma is bready, cereal, must, funk, hay, stone fruits and oak. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, decent mouth – pucker, acidic bite, funk, must, white grape, lemon, gooseberry, vinous vibes and some sherbet through the finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty drinkable stuff, but it didn’t wow me. Perhaps lacking in a bit of depth.

A lotle haze, some white head. Surprisingly sour, some hops, yeast. A little sweetness. This is good and surprisingly sour for the style.

Draught@CBC2016 Red Session. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, citrusy, some wood, mild toffee and some champagne notes. Flavour is citrus, herbs, some yeast, dry wood, mild toffee and some earth.

Bottle pour at RB Best. It pours a hazy yellow color with a huge off white head. The aroma is soft and grainy with light vanilla funk. The flavor is full bodied with some lemon, apricots, light herbal funk and acidity. Really killer. Right in my wheelhouse.
