W aromacie gęsto uczęszczany szalet. W smaku lepiej, białe winogrona, kwaśne w stylu dzikusów, kolendra, drożdżowe. Barwa jasnozłota, przejrzyste, brak piany, brak lacingu. Goryczki brak. Ciekawe, ale mam wrażenie że piłem lepsze tego typu kombinacje.

750 ml bottle. Thanks to ClarkVV on the share. Aroma is sulfur and diaper. Flavor is dry, dusty yeast, and mild lemons. Light body with a nice effervescent mouthfeel. Good but not really my favorite flavor profile.

Bottle pour. Poured a slightly dark yellow color with a fluffy, but small white head. Aroma was dusty brett. Flavor was floral hops, lacto tartness. Dry, flavorful. Really liked this.

Bottle. Blend 11. By way of a trade donks ago. Cheers Chris. Anyhoo. Clear light gold. Fine white head. Big oak and brett. Clean yeasty notes. Touch of vinous shizzle. Very mineraly throughout. Fresh and bright. Mineral bitterness to finish. Quality.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, ground cherry, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light funk, light tropical fruits, light lactic notes, very nice and smooth.

Tap at Churchkey. Blend 11. Juicy bright sour aroma. Awesome light champagne body, World Class there all the way. Saison is distant, sour is dominant, but the depth of both works really well. On another level. Excellent.

(Bottle, sample, 0.75 l - blend 6, at Pien Shop, 20220107) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, wood, sourness and ripe fruits. Palate was medium bodied and dryish with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, wood, sourness, some vanilla, ripe fruits, tartness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, tart and bitter. A delicious complex brew.

Flaska från Side Project. Blend 11. Ljusguldig, en gnutta disighet, vit krona. Fräschör, citrus, bra med syra som sitter mer på djupet än på ytan, fat. Mycket gott.

750 ml bottle from John, thanks man, 11/26/21. Unclear yellow, white head. Aroma is full of funk, with wood, earth, lemon, and wheat. Tons of complex, funky flavor here. Nice, dry close. Quite good.
