On tap at Brody’s. Clear straw yellow pour with a thin white head. Notes of brett, citrus, mould, grains. Dry and refreshing, well balanced between sweet and sour.

J’ai juste de bons mots pour celle-ci en fait. Tout y est. L’équilibre malt vs houblon, le corps, la mousse, j’en redemande. Chapeau LTM!!

Bottle: Poured a murkey yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops with light fruity notes as well as dry notes. Taste is also dominated by dry hoppy notes with nice floral notes of tropical fruits and some herbal notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Interesting use of hops varietals that are not common.

Olfactif: Herbes fraiches et aromatiques aux accents de citronnelle. Des épices telles le gingembre et la cardamone. Une touche de fruits tropicaux et un soupçon de gazon. Nez puissant et aromatique. Visuel: Dorée, voilée, avec une bonne mousse rocailleuse et persistante à souhait. Gustatif: C’est herbacé et gazonneux à la fois. Un mélange Allemand et Américain. Une astringente finale longue et trainante. On y retrouve la citronnelle à profusion, mais les épices ont disparu. Les houblons gras de la cote ouest gâchent un peu la sauce. Mieux aurait fallu explorer les subtilités des houblons Allemands traditionnels. Mais cette expérience est quand même très acceptable. En toute objectivité, l’essaie est louable. Juste une question de goût. Je ne suis pas fan des gros houblons gras cote ouest. Restons dans les nuances et la subtilité.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur jaune voilée, mousse blanche. Arôme de houblon résineux, malt, agrumes. Goût de houblon résineux, malt, bonne amertume, agrumes. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with grassy German hops, resinous and piney, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of grassy German hops, light mineral, light menthol, very nice and smooth. On tap at Oktoberfest des Québecois 2015.
