0,5 l bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Cloudy mahagoni in the glass, with an huge more than two finger pale beige head in the glass. Dark fruity smell, some yeast and wheat and a little bit musty. Taste starts surprinsingly thin, some wheat and yeast, banana and orange, sulfur. Very low carbonated. Getting dry in the second part. Expected way more. BB 05.21.

50cl Fles van Café Brecht. Bruine kleur, weinig gist, licht-beige kraag. Tarwe, wat banaan, bruine suiker, toast, wat rozijnen, vrij droog, caramel, redelijk bittere finish. Lichte tot medium body. Prima.

12 September 2020. At Zum Lamm, Ettenheim. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy brown with a lasting, thin, foamy, tan head. Aroma of dried banana, plum, raisin, clove, caramel, brioche, toast. Taste has sweet banana, raisin & red apple, bit spicy & nutty with a sour wheaty accent yet brioche-like maltiness being more dominant. Yeasty, herbal hoppy finish, spicy & toasty with more dried fruit. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Okay enough but can't compete with Paulaner and the likes.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes rötlich-braunes Weizenbier mit geringer abe stabilen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig, leicht röstig, würziger Abgang.

Big thanks to kevnic2008 for that beer. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts intense malty, not too yeasty, fine sourish background with interesting fruity-berry notes, hints of raisins and some liquorice. Well balanced finish and very drinkable. Really nice!
