375 ml. bottle sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2013. Clear apple golden, little head. Nose is nicely funky with plenty of brett, juicy fruity hops, touch tang & flowers, white wine saturated oak. Taste is flowers, zesty & white grape hops, lots of fruits, zest, brett, light funk, touch spices, faintly floral in the back, everything is nicely coated in white wine. Easy to drink body, lovely beer.

clear, clear golden, huge smooth offwihte yellowish head. sweet malty and spicy aroma, some yeast.Flavor is wood, white wine, spices, yeast, wild yeasts, quite decent saison, quite complex, also pretty balanced. Good saison, quite orderly for the style. If anything a little bit too far on the sweet side, but it is close to perfect balance.

Light haze on this amber beer. Huge pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy. Fine minerally carbonation. Light and sweet creamy malt. Light and sweet white wine. Touches of lightly bitter wood and yeast. Finishes smooth and light with a mild peel bitter linger. So very drinkable!

A wonderful pint at Christian Firtal. Hazy dark golden with a big and lasting fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with white wine, peach and pineapple, herbs and oak, all coming together like a regular Snowball with extra oak. Dry and clean flavour with fruity sweetness. Oak, wine and vanilla is poking through, with tannins adding to the already bitter, hoppy finish

On tap. Shared by KyotoLeftey at Mikkeller & Friends. A nice orange-gold pour with a pronounced chardonnay character. Tasty but wine like, good for wine drinkers but I prefer beer. Well done but not my thing.

Pours amber with a quickly fading head.Nose shwos oak, farmhouse saison notes, sweet malt, horseblanket and coconut.Similar flavours, lots of oak and white wine notes. Very woody. Some hot booze but the sweet clean malt helps with that.Nice moderate carbonation works well.
