Bottle from LDW drinks, Eke. Hazy pale yellow, white creamy foam, disappears quickly. Yeasty with notes of citrus and coriander. Weak but easy drinkable. Not the worst Witbier.

Helder geel levendig bier met schuim. Smaak is waterig, licht hoppig en licht fruitig zuur. Niet echt bijzonder, weinig smaak.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Split with Kogymo. Procured from Willems. BBF 02/07/2016. Hazy very pale citrus golden, fluffy vanishing white head. Smell is pretty weak, light tart wheat, touch coriander, faint fizzy lemon. Taste is heavy on coriander, fizzy lemonade like wheat, touch wheat sourness, cereal and heavily dominated by coriander, light sugary, bitter metals and lemonade feel. Touch watery, not very exiting but I am not the biggest fan of the style. Okay.

Witbier since 2013, tasted at Brugs Bierfestival. Made with malted wheat (usually raw wheat is used). Thick, snow white head, hazy yellow blond colour with greenish hue; flowery aroma, soap, banana like a Hefeweizen, caramel, orange. Typical witbier taste, yeasty, flowery, soft, with light wheaty sourishness, very refreshing. Decent but not too exciting example of the style.

Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste wheat, a little bit citrussy, slightly herbs or spices, slightly a floral hint. Decent body and carbonation.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly grainy and delicately sour wheat-malty aroma with notes of citrus, vanilla and coriander. Slightly sour-tart flavour, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Slim and slightly sour-fruity wheaty taste with hints of citris and a bearable touch of coriander spice; quite dry and slim wheaty finish with sour-fruity spots. Not a great one but a nice summer beer. 03.III.14

17/VIII/13 - on tap @ 4de Gents Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2013-776)
Slightly hazy pale yellow beer, big fluffy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very floral, bit soapy, some honey, ripe banana peel, bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: surprisingly spicy, lots of coriander, sourish, some citrus, bit soapy. Aftertaste: wheat sourness, some citrus, lots of coriander again, bready, yeast.
