Translates as Divide & Conquer. This beer barrel aged for the good part of a year in a variety of peated whiskey barrels. Among others Port Charlotte and Bruichladdich. We also added the wild yeast Brettanomyces (aka brett) to the barrels to gain it's special effect to the beer.

Lekker.

Sampled from tap at ACBF 2017. Pitch black with a dark beide head. Sweetish, quite roasty-malty and rather peaty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and peat. Moderately sweet, rather roasty and very peaty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, lots of peat, tar and iodine, followed by a long, rather roasty-bitter, very peaty, slightly warming and intense finish. Full body, creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very intense, really interesting, I like it!
