330ml bottle from M&S Darlington. Golden amber colour with a foamy white head leaving lacing. Aroma of grain, oil, rubber, hints of mellow orange hop. Flavour is biscuit, malt, blackcurrant, rubber, dirt, some earthy citrus bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, rubbery bitter finish. Not very pleasant, tastes spoiled, sink pour.

Bottle at home, 16/04/16. Clear golden orange with a well appointed off white head that retains well - good looking beer. Nose is tangerine, straw, toasted malt, mango, light floral hop, very faint plastic. Taste comprises toasted malt, grain, melon, orange pith, mandarin, light smoke notes, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an earthy hop bitter ring. Decent enough offering.

Bottle from M&S ABZ. It pours clear orange - amber with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, oily pine, orange peel, tangerine, marmalade and candy. The taste is crisp, bitter, oily hoppage, pine needles, resin, orange rind, pepper and a touch of alcohol with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty nice if a bit heavy on the palate.

Bottle from Marks & Sparx, Amersham in leafy Buckinghamshire. A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, malty, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, citrus, grapefruit with a little pine. Quite A bitter finish but still a decent effort, would happily pick this one up in my local M&S.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the Whiteley’s M&S. Pours totally clear gold with light effervescence and a frothy, white head. Mellow rindy citrus in the nose, hints of bready malts, pine and grain. Light to medium sweet flavour with lightly toasted pale malts, mild piney and grassy bitterness, hints of resin, orange, melon. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with touches of oily pine, more bitter grass, dry bread, some crackery pale malts, orange rind. Quite drinkable overall.
