Bottle: Clear, medium gold with a small, shiny white head. Scent is citrus, a touch of toast, grain malt. Taste is grain malt, honey, a bit if herbal spiciness. Very malty...light grassy/herbal bittering. Simple....but with an interesting herbal lean to it. It sort of reminded me of "green" actually.

(Thanks, Peter! "phaleslu") Bottle. A- Caramel, soft citrus, buttered biscuits. A- Amber color, clear liquid, white head. T- Caramel, malty, bread dough, subtle bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- A decent pale ale. Not much bitterness. The malts definitely take the forefront.

Draft @ Goose Island night, Hoppy Loft. Dorée Claire, col blanc. Arôme légèrement fruité, axé sur les grains, pils et pale. Palais reste également léger voire monodimensionnel, belge dans son inspiration, pils, houblon noble avec impression céréales.

Tap @ Beer Temple, at Goose Island Migration week, with Markoijelena and Zlotta (a.o.). Clear pale golden color. Very dense white head with good retention. Aroma’s: fruity, grain, a bit perfume-y. Retronasal there’s citrus, light grainy sweetness, light herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet, light fruity. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, light grain-ish and moderate bitter.

Sampled from tap at ’Beertemple’. Clear, pale golden amber with a white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of honey, caramel and grains. Sweetish-malty, slightly grassy taste of grains, straw and some bread, followed by a short, grassy-bitter finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, flat. Not very good.

Draught @ ORD. Slightly hazy with a thin head. Hops are dull, uneventful, and there’s some biscuity malts as well. Comes across as a tired apa.

Gold color, lacing head. It looks good. Very little aroma at all. Light flavor, some hops, but not a lot. The palate is thin and the malt flavor is very light. Not good.

On tap at Chili’s ORD. Clear medium gold with a small off white head. Nose is mostly tofee and biscuit with light floral and citrus. Flavour is mostly medium sweet toffee with only a hint of bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin and creamy with slightly soft carbonation. Drinks more like an English pale ale.
