On tap at C’est What? Bright golden pour, with a bright white head. Great aroma of grassy hops, and bready malt. The flavor is full of more outstanding bready, chewy malts, and some more of the grassy hops. A medium to low bitter finish. Man this is crisp, and I could drink this until i fell off my bar stool!! outstanding Pils!

Another beer that hits you with a waft of stink before you even take a sip. Taste has the tiniest hint of something, but it ain’t good.

Bouteille 500ml.

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color pils with a large foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet floral malt with light dry hops notes. Taste is also a nice mix between some floral malt and light subtle dry European hops. Body is slightly oily with good carbonation. Crispier hops would have improved this beer but very good nonetheless.

500 ml bottle from HogTownHarry! Nose of floral hops and fresh baked Wonder bread that I smelled as a kid living by a bakery in Sacramento. Hazy gold with a medium glass lacing offwhite head. Flavor is lightly bitter with some yeast and a touch of butter and a hint of background sweetness. Finish lightly bitter.

A golden pils with a thick white head. A very nice biscuitty malt aroma, mineral notes and crisp German hops. In mouth, a sweetish biscuitty malt, lightly nutty, medium bodied. Growler from Inertiaboy. Shared Aug. 2008, with Capflu, GRM, et al., Brasseurs du temps gathering.

Bright golden. Herbal aroma with light diacetyl. More of the same on the palate, the hop bite remaining somewhat modest. Sweet and biscuitty malts. Fairly dry finish, again with diacetyl.

This Pils poured a clear light yellow colour with a big bright white head. To the nose there is scents of corn, yeast and grain. First taste was smooth and filled with corn flavour. The finish was slightly hoppy and a little sweet. Kind of generic but pretty good.

German style pils. Flavor of cereals, and grains, with golden malt, good hops, and a bit of fruit. Has a touch of citrus as well. Well balanced, light, smooth, refreshing. Well done.
