330ml bottle as Kerisac Cidre Breton at 5.5% now. Pours a slightly cloudy orange. Aroma of fresh apple juice. Taste of fresh apple juice, very slight funk and woody notes, fairly dry and tart. Well carbonated. Really nice.

Hazy golden pour with a small white head. Aroma of apple, sugar, cinnamon – apple pie. Flavour was a bit more tart, but in a good way. Enjoyed it.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a few flecks beneath a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of apple pie and orange pith. Flavour of rustic apples and dried leaves. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. An earthy, soft cider. I loved this.

Bottle from Champion of the Thames, Cambridge. Very cloudy brownish gold. Lots of sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Strong apple smell, with a hint of candy sugar sweetness. Taste is ambrosially sweet, with just enough tang to keep the balance. Shorter finish than I expected. Harsh carbonation, giving it an mouthfeel, like fizzy candy. Very refreshing and nicely put together.

Super cydr. Pachnie spalinami samochodowymi, lekko metne i mgliste, ciemno pomaranczowa barwa wchodzaca w odcienie brazu. W smaku jablka podwedzane i pieczone w popiole lub na grilu. W smaku przypominalo nawet mi niektore oude gueuze. Za to wlasnie uwielbiam bretonskie cydry. Naturalny i wedzony posmak. Koncowka wytrawna, bardzo malo slodkosci pochodzacej od jablek

Bottle at Quo Vadis. It pours cloudy deep orange with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, musty, apple skin, lemon peel, apple pie and a touch of farmyard. The taste is crisp, soft sweetness, mellow apple, light earth, touch of tannins, wood, apple pie and poached pear with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, effervescent carbonation. Very well balanced and very drinkable stuff.
