75cl bottle @ WSF. BB 06/10. Pours a clear yellow with a creamy white foam. Nose is yeast, fruit and spices. Lively carbonation. Cellar/matured notes. Lots of orange fruit and yeast with a slight citric appearance. Smooth and full palate. Nice

From the bottle at Brugge 2008. Sherbery hop. Some tangerine tripel style fruit. Full in mouth. Bit blondey/tripel, good but not worth the extra token.

bottle at the Essen Christmas Beer festival. Pours, a light gold with a very thin head. The aroma was light with a little bit of lemon and light malt. The moderatly carbonated mouth is slightly sweet, light candy sugar, and ends with a light bitterness. Not bad at all.

Bottle at ZBF Sint Niklaas, Belgium, 02-03-08 On first pour I got some aged cheese come through, but it looked very good in fact it looked marvellous wonderful light golden colour with white bubbly head and stunning clarity with small bubbles continually rising . The alcohol shows but in no way does it detract. It comes across as being quite dry, but surprisingly bitter on the roof of the mouth, very clean tasting and a slightly spirit like aroma though I’m not sure what spirit,, the bitterness is very much reminiscent of a good quality pislner. A very good beer though not quite great.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge very white head. The aroma has strong notes of citrus fruits, brettanomyces, yeast, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of yeast, fruit - especially citrus fruits, alcohol, and spices. The alcohol, tickles the tongue, before a dry spicy and slightly woody finish sets in. The mouthfeel is very sparkling - due to a high level of carbonation.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Lovely champagne like carbonation bobbles. Aroma is rather winegrape fruity with a mild esteric and sweet note. Flavour holds a complex mix of malt, grapes and belgian yeast. The malt flavours lend towards almond notes, grapes provide a lovely fruity yet slight easteric note and the yeast gives a complex subdued spice note. Lingers with almond notes into the finish.
