Our naturally fermented cider is a refreshing, lightly sparkling drink with a long maturation to give a smoother complexion than most commercial ciders. It is light and fruity to taste, with more complex flavours developing. Great head for a bottled cider. Clean light nose with a refreshing, crunchy palate. This is a well balanced cider with easy appley flavours.

Bag in a box, PoW Farnborough. Hazy apple peel aroma. White gold. No head. Medium sweet with bitter streak that continues through into the finish. A boozy warmth to the apple. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long dry finish. Not bad. Could happily drink a few.

330ml bottle from local garden centre. Pours clear pale gold. Aroma is syrup, stewed apple, sweet. Taste continues, a little too sweet, clean, little in the way of tannin or acidty, distant whisky notes. Flavoursome but not ticking the boxes for me.

Drank bottle on one of those rare scottish nice days in late May. Nose is sweet apple, pear, vanilla, bark. Palate is sweet apple, pear, some citrus in the finish. Nice

500 ml bottle, from Aberdeen Country Fair. ABV is 6.2%. Very pale yellow colour. Aroma and fflavour of sweet dessert apples, a hint of sulphites. I expected something drier than this.

Keg at Lochter Fest. It pours clear yellow - green with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, earthy, wood, apple pie, pear, floral and tangy action. The taste is pretty sweet, mellow, apple juice, apple pie, marzipan, light florals, pear and a hint of tartness & tannins. Bitter - sweet finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Overall it’s a bit too sweet and sugary. Fair.

From bottle. Pours canary yellow with practically no foam. Aroma is sweet, obviously apple (not green apple). Body is medium, with some stickiness. Taste is very sweet. Finish is fortunately short enough.
