Tap. Pale gold, hazy. Fruity nose, apple, lemon, white grapes. Tangy fruity flavor, lightly tannic, not sour but a bit of acid, medium sweetness. Nice, full flavor for a beer-like cider. Very enjoyable and crushable, but still gives something to ponder.

330ml bottle from Beer Cartel, Sydney. Hazy pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is tart apple, oak, vanilla, rubber, barnyard, acidic with drying tannins. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied, high carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle. Hazy straw-coloured, no head. Light, fruity aroma with some flowers, mellow apple. A little juicy sweetness, some lemon and skins, a little woody and astringent at the dry end. Good.

Cloudy, pale tan. Fruity aroma w light leather, accents of funky yeast. Soft, very French, some overripe fruit, light apple juice sweetness, delicate carbonation. Decent, quite refreshing cider, approachable yet very artisan.
