330ml panda from LCB. Clear gold with a few bubbles which dissipate. Aroma of fairly fruity, slightly caramelised stewed apple, white sugars, and just a waft of apple skin and blossom. Taste is on the sweet side, fruity ripe apple, low bitterness, light caramel. Slick, easy drinking, light alcohol warmth. Lacks some depth for the strength but went down nicely.

25/1/2019. From bag in box at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours hazy pale amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of semi sweet apples and caramel. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Dry, fairly tart finish. Pretty good.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Naturally this is copper in colour. There’s not much aroma but it’s strong tasting however there’s enough apples to give it flavour, albeit and soured one.
