Sweet apples, very dry peels, rusty, tart, dry but not completely. Medium body, soft carbonation. Another amazingly well balanced cider from Oliver’s! Looking forward to the next!

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear dark golden with small white head. Dry apple, soft funk, caramel, smoke, citrus hops, grassy, sweet berries. Over light sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied with bone dry finish. Really good.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours totally clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Delicious stuff, lots of nice, lightly tangy apples, soft acidity, nips of lemon, semi-ripe apple, a little bitter peel. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, tangy, lightly drying, juicy apples, hints of grass. Yes, delicious.

Bottle shared at Simon's. It pours clear amber with a small fizzy white head. The aroma is zingy, grassy hops, pine, orangey, tangy Irn Bru, tangerine, sherbet and sour candy. The taste is dry, tart, tangy, bitter - sweet, oily, tangerine, orange marmalade, Irn Bru, sour candy, mango, kumquat, tannin, earth and dull barnyard with a tangy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Tangy and fruity. Fun stuff.

500ml bottle from Tom Oliver. Pours clear gold, aroma is orchard fresh, slightly wild, floral. Taste presents a nice crisp fleshy character, good firm tannin, delicate thorny wild notes, nice bittersharp apple fruit with a teasing hop sweetness introducing grapefruit and lime alongside the apple fruit. Lovely complexity. One of the best in this series I think.

Bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Clear, amber colour. No head. Nose has sliced dessert apple. Toffee apple. Woody herb. Touch of spice. Taste is sweet and toffee like. Light hop bitterness. Medium body. Crisp fizz. Soft acidity. More spicy notes to finish. Very nice, but to be honest, the hopping is lost here, other than lending a light, leafy spice.

500ml bottle from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow. Sparkling, orangey gold amber colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of flowery citrus hop & funk. Taste is sweetish tangy apple, some apple skin, leathery funk, bittersweet and zesty citrus hop along with some tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
