Box @ Dog & bell. Pink#gold, lace, cloudy. Looks like pink grapefruit juice. Sour, bitter, lightly funky nose, grapefruit juice? Quite tart, citrus, grapefruit, apple skin, tannic, puckery finish. Interesting. Not sure what's added, but it's still cider

Box @ Freed Man, Walmer. Pale red rose and slightly soured in both its nose and finish with its apple. However, there is a blast of sweetness in its initial red apple taste.

From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 04.06.22. Clear pale orange to pink. No head. Aroma and taste of sweet red apples, something undefinable tropical and apple peel.

Draught @ Wheatsheaf Beer Festival, Shrewsbury. Pours clear reddish pink, still. Aroma presents rich apple juice. Taste presents a distinct apple variety that I’m unused too, with a light tannic grip. Berry-like hints. Decent.

Bag in a box at Kent & East Sussex Railway BF 2017. Pink gold colour no head. Some apple skin. Some red fruit. Medium. Some blue cheese. A little dryness on finish. Oddly mostly soft blue cheese flavour. Ok.

From plastic barrel at Middle Farm. It pours clear rich golden in colour. The aroma is soft, juicy, mellow sweetness, red delicious apples, apple skin, cherry, apple pie and candy cane. The taste is very smooth, fresh, lightly tart, big red delicious apple character, some acidity, apple skin, floral notes and tannins with a firmly dry finish. Medium bodied and flat. Not a huge amount of depth, but it has great balance and high drinkability. Very tasty.
