Draft @ Artezan Brewpub, Warzawa. Brune foncée, col café au lait. Arôme au nez finement grillé, touche de caramel, pointe rappelant le toffee et qcq fruits secs. Palais est malté avec un bel effet grillé qui perdure avec chaque gorgée. Le totu est un peu poudreux, effet de fruits noirs rappelant les figues voire les dates. Possible caramel et crystal malts?

Tasting glass @ Artezan Craft Beer Pub. Black, tanned head only on the sides. Nose is rich oily cold coffee, low licorice, faint roast, brief umami. Taste is pleasant coffee, oily licorice, cold coffee, low of cold coffee, some licorice, basic but solid. Body is licorice oil & soft carbonation ;Nice classical stout umami with roasted malt & cold coffee.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. A black dark brown coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is earthy roast, milky coffee, oats. Flavour is composed of mellow roast, oats, spicy coffee bean. Smooth roast. Palate is milky, spicy, prickly carbonation. Not bad at all.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours deep brown with a creamy khaki head. The nose holds light coffee, vague cocoa, berries. Medium sweet flavour with pleasant milk hocolate character, low bitterness, soft toasted malts. Medium bodied, velvety, with fine carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more milk chocolate, low bitterness. Not bad.

W aromacie czekolada, nie tylko gorzka, ale te? mleczna, po chwili delikatny aromat kawy, taki uzupe?niaj?cy ca?o??. W smaku podobnie. Goryczki brak. Brak te? psuj?cych kompozycj? posmaków kwa?no?ci od palonych s?odów. Bardzo pijalne. G?ste, g?adkie, aksamitne. Najlepszy stout jaki ostatnio próbowa?em.

Bottle from Mesjasz. Many thanks! Dark brown, creamy foam. Nose of coffee, roasted malts, cocoa. Light sweet, bitter and roasty. Easy drinkable. Nice stout.

Draught @ Cafe Bar Bla Bla, Nowogrodzka 22, Warszawa, Poland. [ As Artezan Czarna Wolga ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, caramel, roasted - toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, dark malt, sugary, sweet chocolate - dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin. Clear dark brown color with large soapy light brown head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, cocoa and herbs. Taste starts with moderate sweet malt, bitter chocolate and oats, following is milky, smooth and slightly sour with mild bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Good one, but not astonishing as expected...
