Get into the boat! Our favourite barbarian has returned to our waters for a fourth time.
In V4 we introduce the explosive combination of Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops to our New England Double IPA. The soft body is enriched with the fruity flavours of papaya, oranges and blackcurrant.
Dangerously drinkable!

Pours darker amber, very unclear. Small, nearly none white head. Smell is cristal malts, not to much hoppyness here. Bit creamy. Taste is Full, creamy, tad sweet, cristal malts, noticable alcohol. Not enough hops for the style, but the finish is very nice. Showcases fruit ( hops finaly show ) as well as typical NEIPA yeast. Rather sweet. Medium full to full bodied, low carbo. Nice, would benefit from more dryhopping though.

Can. Hazy orange beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light and mildly dry, decent fine nibbly carbonation. Light malts provide a modest level of sweetness, just about spot for the soft orangey hops. Floral orange, touch of fresh orange with dabs of marmalade and tangerine. Light finish. Nice. A simple dipa but nicely done and pretty damn drinkable and belies the abv.

Can. Color: Hazy dark orange, like juice, off-white head. Aroma: Pineapple, mango, tropical fruit, some hop. Taste: Very smooth, lots of tropical fruit, like mango, pineapple, grapefruit and orange. Above moderate bitterness with decent wheat malt background. Bitter palate at finish. Pretty dense. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Slightly boozy. Nice one.
