One of the many Belgian blond beers. Sweet, mildly bitter and some fruits. Unoriginal.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ ’t Antwaerps Bierhuyske. Amber with an off-white head. Nose is sweet with lots of sugar, candy apples & sweet spices. Taste is sweet, candy sugar, applesauce, sweet spices, caramel, very simple, touch boozy, sweet white bread yeast + white sugar. Medium bodied with fine carb. Somewhat cloying & simple BE brew but not offensive & enjoyable although entirely forgettable as well.

33cl directly from Deca. Cloudy-orange in the glass, the nose is very sweet, the alcohol is visible. The beer starts fruity, pineapple, papaya, mango, orange. The 9% are visible in the taste as well, the alcohol is a bit sharp. The mainpart is very fruity as well, nice yeast body, nearly no hops. In the end the beer is long in the aftertaste, nice and fruity, but also very sharp. --> A great beer with great fruit-"aroma", but the alcohol-taste could be much less! 13/10/10/11
