Pours bright gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Bread, caramel and citrus aromas. Well balanced with sweet caramel and bread upfront turning to lemon and grapefruit in the lasting earthy finish.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale orange-tinted yellow with a small white head. Nose is full of citrus zest, floral hops, and dry crackery malt. Flavour brings out intensely floral hops, some dry citrus zest, more floral notes, and uber dry crackery malts. This is quite reminiscent of Hill Farmstead hoppy beers. Highly drinkable stuff. I could drink gallons of this stuff.

Very nice IPA - one of the better from Quebec. Floral hops on head with some citrus and grapefruit in aroma. Pours cloudy light orange with great head and lacing. Medium bitter finish. Good balance. Some light malt here but hops owns this flavour. Bottle.

Bottle, thanks Sebastien! Pours hazy golden amber, large puffy of white head, nice sticky lacing. Aroma is citrus, spruce, cat piss. Flavor about the same, light sweet, only light bitter. Full body, resinous mouthfeel. Nice beer.

Bomber from Marché Omni. Pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap that lasts a long time, and gives out dirty lacing. Fresh aromas of hop with the pine and grapefruits, but lightly mixed with floral notes that balance things out. Medium-bodied with a nice dryness, but not overly. Well-balanced bitterness with the hop (grapefruit notes), but not like a hopbomb. Just right, before that. So, well-blended.

Bouteille 660ml, version avec levures anglaises. Couleur or trouble, mousse blanche dense disparaissant rapidement en laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de mangue mûre, houblon résineux, floral, agrumes. Goût de mangue, houblon résineux, amertume moyenne, agrumes en arrière-goût. Carbonation moyenne-faible, corps dense, buvabilité incroyable. Excellente!

Aroma: Powerful hops: citrus, grapefruit, flowers, pepper, grass. Extremely powerful and complex. A marvelous mix of bittering and floral hops. Appearance: Almost clear, gold, with an average size creamy and long lasting head. Average lacing. Taste: Very hoppy, greeny, grass, fresh herbs, pepper. A strong cutting bitterness as finish, that remains on the tongue for a long time. Herbs and grass, a lot of grass. Mouth feel is holding a full and unctuous texture. A real festival of hops. For advised enthusiasts only. Its only drawback is to be only in hops. Don’t expect much malty flavors in there.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and resinous hoppy notes is quite intense with nice floral notes. Taste is dominated by citrus and resinous hoppy notes with floral undertones with dry malt base and some bitterness at the end. Body is about average with great carbonation. Quite an impressive beer with great hops punch and citrus notes while limiting the bitterness level.
