Blond and hazy, aroma is fairly floral, lightly dusty. Taste is saisonish, fairly light with a delicate malt biscuit character. Decent.

Hazy orange color, firm off-white head. Spicey saison yeasty aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Typical Saison yeasty, spicey, slightly tart and hoppy flavor. Refreshing, perhaps slightly too watery for this ABV - could be maltier. But nice Saison from this good brewery.

Bottle drank on the street in Rome, somewhat near the Vatican. Pours cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Simple pale, bready malt nose with light spices and honey. Light to medium sweet flavor, moderately dry, with pale bread, wheat grains, light spicy yeast and very slight funky tang. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish with mild yeast, dry dough, some pithy citrus, orange and mango. A nice hot weather beer - and it’s hot right now.

Little cloudy beige beer, big creamy irregular white head, little stable, adhesive. Aroma: orange peel, bit floral, spicy touch, sweet, sugary, bready yeast, some caramel. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, lots of coriander, bit grassy, pretty bitter, bready, some citrus. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, grassy touch, bit floral.

Cloudy deep blond color with medium sized compact head. Mild spicy aroma and strong spicy flavor; but it also developed, in the bottle, some vegetable character and chicory bitterness; too much yeast too.

Hazy golden color with creamy head. The aroma is delicate and spicy, with hint of citrus fruits. Lean body, some malt flavor, quite dry, with moderate spicy character, light bitter oranges, quite strong bitterness; it ends with also some resins, and a touch of chicory.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 31-10-2014, lot# 098-13. Thanks to Luigi for the help. Premier abord, bizarre d’avoir une bière clairement orientée Wallonie et le nom écrit en flamand. Bref, les infos du brasseur m’ont aidé à comprendre l’idée résidant derrière cette bière. Dorée, paille légèrement trouble, col blanc épais crémeux. Arôme est herbacé, foin, bouquet très belge dans les levures et esters qui s’en dégagent. Note fleurie et citronnée pour un houblon efficace mais qui reste dans la lignée des bières belges de part le bouquet fruité mais neutre. Palais reste ici aussi centré sur une inspiration très belge avec une présence levure certaine et qui donne complexité. Amertume houblonnée très euro, citronné, pour un palais restant sec et une effervescence moyenne.

Small white head over well-carbonated fully hazy, pale orange beer. Quite spicy nose, garden herbs, mannah, faintly peppery, dry-ish, yeastaromas. Quite bitter, but dry bitterness, dried hops, vegetable. Finish has some hints towards dry grains, even other grains. Rather light, spritzy with some grainslickness. MF has again something peppery-heated. Aftertaste is pur bitterness again - more than all classic Walloon beers I know, as Dupont or Orval types. Yeah... this is certainly a good one!

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 21/06/13. Hazed golden with a medium sized off white head. Nose is grass, lemon rind, citrus zest, light spice, farmy. Taste comprises, grass, lemon rind, light orange peel, citrus fruit, straw, farmyard. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry refreshing finish. Solid enough saison.

25/05/2013 Bir&Fud (tap). Dorata, pallida, appena torbida, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di lieviti, speziati, esteri, luppolo con note floreali ed erbacee, perfetta! In bocca è un miracolo di equilibrio, una tra le saison più buone mai assaggiate, gustosissima, sembra fatta col bilancino, il finale è finale amaro, secco e pulito. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Buonissima, complimenti a Schigi per questa ennesima perla!
