Smoothie-Style Sour Ale brewed with Ice Cream, Milk Sugar, Strawberry, Milk Chocolate, Vanilla & with natural flavors added

Ok, say it with us: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry..........sour. We can hear some of you now, in the immortal words of Michelle Tanner, "No way, Jose." Well we're here to say: yes, way.

Strawberry and vanilla dominate up-front, after which the subtlety of the chocolate starts to emerge, ending in a finish that reminds you of hiding behind the couch as a kid, trying to slurp down the last bit of melted ice cream that you stole from the freezer.

Tap at BPBW'19 Saturday session. Biztos perverz vagyok, de ezt hihetetlenül élveztem. Konkrétan fagyi íze van, de még a tölcsér is érződik. Szétadom.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of strawberries, vanilla, milk chocolate and hint of a coffee. Pours cloudy auburn color with thin immediate disappearing tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with tart strawberry and citrus, follows by vanilla and chocolate with smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, slick texture and soft to average carbonation in palate. Sour ice cream…

Tall US can from Chez Sophie. Drunk in the Dingle on the hottest day of the year so far with Elliot and Soph. Pours a dull burnished reddish orange amber appearance, minimal head. Aroma has pleasant chocolate, vanilla, strawberry ice cream coming through. Continues to taste, lightly sour, chocolate ice cream seems prominent, mild strawberry sorbet with a pleasant vanillery side. Not bad.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy reddish orange. Cheesecake, milk, vanilla, strawberry, very artificial, sweetish, slightly sourish.

Can shared at a Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a mostly clear gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Lemon nose at first with strawberry, chocolate and cream as it warms. Palate is more of the same with the chocolate playing against a strawberry and cream note. Tartness is muted and almost like a sweet tart character on the palate. Lingering Neapolitan flavors and mild lemon sweet tart at the finish.

16 oz. Aroma is puked up milk, chocolate, vanilla, earth, strawberry. Pours a hazy cantaloupe hue with a thin off white head that collapses quickly into a thin ring. Taste is moderately sour (7/10) with flavors of Neapolitan ice cream. The puked up milk flavor is noticeable in flavor, as well, but it seems to go away somewhat quickly, and it dies down in the nose after five minutes or so. This is flawed, but I don't mind drinking it.

Can thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strawberry cream, vanilla bean, cocoa. Thin body, lacto, strawberry ice cream, vanilla, nice tartness, very good.
