Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a small white head, dying quick enough with a tad of lace. Citrus lemon aromas with some mild grass and spices. The taste is a nice mix of mild lemon sourness, malted oats, yeast and salty finish. Quite interesting and well-brewed Gose.

341ml bottle (thx, Alex M.!). Bottled 13-Jul-2016. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is hoppy, similar to lagers, some lemony and salty notes. Same sour taste with fruity notes. Refreshing.

Tap at Shelton Brothers. Lactic acid nose with some lemon and citrus notes. Grainy on the palate and acidic. Lingering tartness on the finish. Simple and straightforward, but a little heavy.

Pouring a bright gold it has a musty gose sour lactic wheat with a sharp cheesy lemon aroma. The taste is acidic, wheat cakes and tamarind. Incredibly rough carbonation giving it a raspy sandy texture and it has a hefty dose of dryness. It is very much a gose but sharp and angled, it needs more smoothness. Pretty good though.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some very subtle tamarind notes. Taste is a mix of light subtle salty notes with some tamarind notes and some tart notes with no acidity. Body is light with good carbonation. Quiet refreshing overall but the tamarind is hard to detect.

Bouteille 341ml.

A hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, fruity esters, light lactic notes, nice and refreshing. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, fruity esters, light musty character, nice and pleasant. On tap at Mondial 2016.
