Half at Parcel Yard. Black pour with silky beige head, lacing. Aroma is sweet, light chocolate, milky notes. Taste comes is soft and silky, chocolate milk, mildly sweet. Rolls across the tongue and palate. Really mellow.

can. aroma is hard roasted malts, caramel, toffee, chocolate, faint vanilla, peanut butter, panne-cotta, coffee. totally all-in gourmet dessert like aroma, one of the best of its kind i have tried. It seems the aroma changed the first minute after I poured, where malts were more dominant after that minute. very dark brown, light brown head. flavor is roasted malts, very low bitterness but there is a coffee and faint roasted malty dominated bitter balance to the sweetness. the sweetness is caramel, chocolate, panne-cotta, cream. Tastes a bit like a really really good cappuchino. normally I don't dig pastry stout, but this one is extremely delicious, very complex, very well rounded and balanced. At 4.7% it's just plain silly how much flavor they managed to stuff into that can.

Can at Logitech vrijdagmiddagborrel. Color: Almost black, beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, cocoa, salty hints. Taste: Smooth mouthfeel, roasted malt, milkchocolate, some caramel seasalt fudge and roasted marshmallow. Medium body, below average carbonation. Ok.

Brown bottle, 330 ml, from and with Alexandra Serre and Hugue Lebel (merci!), brunch at my place, savoured on January 26, 2020; eye: dark brown, opaque, tiny ring of brown head, slight lacing; nose: malt, light smoke, caramel; mouth: malt, light smokiness, caramel, finale in malt with slight presence of smokiness, medium body, lightly below average carbonation, lightly sweet, a bit thin, silky texture; in summary: correct

330 ml can. Pours jet black with a stable brown fluffy head. Salted caramel, toffee, condensed milk, milk chocolated, roasted burnt malt, mild dry citrus notes, cappuccino. Dry bitterness, malty chocolaty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry sweetish finish. Lovely desert stout, very balanced, milky and chocolaty.
