Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth but still has decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light malts, sweetish. Really nice fruity mid. Floral quince and generic fruits, maybe fig but I couldn't be certain, don't eat a lot of fig! Traces of hop skunk. Smooth pine. Mild bitter linger. Very nicely done. Very fruity from the added fruits but still plenty hoppy. Original and tasty.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Fairly dull gold. Measly, off white head. Not a looker, particularly. Nose has some subdued, peachy fruit. Definitely a hint of the fig. Some sharp citrus. Nothing jumps out of the glass, though. Taste is a little sweet, with a light, sharp citrus feel. Soft carbonation. A little flat on the palate. Citrus bitter finish. Not sure if this is a bit of a dodgy bottle, but there’s not a deal going on in terms of brightness or originality.

Keg at BD Mighty Boosh, 14/12/17. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is sweet malts, candied orange peel, light spice, stewed fruits. Taste comprises tangerines, light pine dusting. Candied orange peel, quince paste, peach, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with lightly dankened come juicy hop bitterness. Decent stab at something slightly different in the IPA world.

Keg at BrewDog, Leicester. Golden, clear with a touch of white head. Low, sugary aroma with some nice fruit esters, although I'm not picking out fig and quince especially, there's a touch of resin as well. Initially the taste is incredibly sweet but it turns very bitter very quickly. Some strong raisin notes in the aftertaste. Quite enjoyable but somewhat imbalanced.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, London. A golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Fruity, citrus, fig aroma. Tastes fruity, citrus, fig. Sweet and sour, not what I'd call an IPA but it is certainly different.

Keg at BD Soho. It pours hazy golden with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, juicy, pink lemonade, pink marshmallows, bubblegum, cherryade, plum and plum. The taste is bitter - sweet, very fruity upfront, loads of sweet fig, plum, quince, fruit crumble, then decent hit of bitterness, peppery spice, floral, straw and icing sugar with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Aroma is crazy stuff indeed. Not sure the balance is quite there, but it is good fun anyhow.
