Originally a collab with our friends at Electric Nurse, this is a deliciously sticky, fruity and bold beer. that drinks easy for its strength. It boasts chewy toffee and date-notes with a spicy edge that is subtly reminiscent of Swedish gingerbread.

Brun och disig med krämigt skum. Söt och maltig doft av chokladkola. Söt, maltig smak med inslag av choklad och kola. Torr avslutning med litet alkoholinslag. Smakar som en inte fullt så humlig Bigfoot.
Skönt med en Barley Wine som inte är en humlebomb som omväxling.

Bottle from SB, cellared. Deep, dark amber with a brief, beige head. Strong pear, caramel, earthy bitterness, pine needles and raisins.

Borefts IX, Day 2. Keg. Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Airy palate, dry and with decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts but with decent caramel and toffee. A little dry cream. Floral bitterness. Ripe citrus and citrus peel. Light dry bitterish finish. A bit dry and bitter, needs something to hold it all together.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy orange with medium white head. The aroma is candy sugar, booze, dark fruit. Medium body, caramel, toast, nice sweetness, boozy finish, very good.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 2. Dark amber. Lovely herbal pine syrup caramel malt good nose with heavy hops. Taste is heavy hop pine resin syrupy herbal malt, thick caramel all goop, pine resin goop body. Malty thick, very bitter Barley wine in all the right ways, oh yeah.

Tap. Amber color with tan head. Aroma is toffee, grapefruits, a bit petrol, a bit farty. Taste is the same, with resinous hops and a sticky bittersweet finish. Oily mouthfeel. Ok.
