Craft Islington. Cask. Clear gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and smooth, reasonable fine carbonation. Very light malts are mild to medium sweet. Light floral citrus, very light. Smooth pine and a trace of apple leads to a very light finish. It doesn't seem much but has that intanigble drinkability. Long bitter linger.

Cask @ The Three Fishes, Shrewsbury. Pours clear golden amber, small white head. Aroma is light floral, fruity. Taste has a brisk bitter hoppiness to it, some grapefruit and floral notes.. wouldn’t necessarily peg this in the amber bracket, more in the pale ale camp. Decent enough.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - resin and oranges. Pine. Taste - plant stalks and pine. Geraniums. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - refreshing but the resin dominates any potential fruit notes.

Handpull cask at the Townhouse, Ely. Amber and clear, with a loose white head on top. Pine, floral, nettles and a bit of watercress in the aroma. Bitter taste takes hold almost immediately, turning ever more bitter. Leads to an intense bitter finish throughout the entire mouth. Medium body, slick texture. Nice.
