Golden with a white head. Very little character throughout. Minimal malt nor hops. Refreshing but it ends there.

Dorada anaranjada nebulosa. De espuma normal. Agradable aroma de predominio frutal, melocotón. En boca es oleosa, suave. De poco gas. Sabor equilibrado, notas malteadas, miel, frutales.

On tap.

On tap at Las cervezas del Mercado, Valencia. A hazy pale golden pour with a thick, long-lasting, egg-white head. Aroma is banana, porridge, cardamom, vanilla. Dry, crisp, low-bodied (not watery, though), leaning on the low bitternes side. Short-lived. Just a thirst quencher.

330ml bottle from El Rincon del Catador in Villajoyosa. Solid lacing from a steady white head. Bright golden body. Canned fruit and pale malts on the nose, promising. Mid-sweet peachy flavours on a backbone of pale malts. Ends fruity, semi-dry. Decent thirst quencher, easy to drink. (Hotel room, Albir 05.04.2019).

Draft at Chivuo’s, RBESG 2016. Near clear orange with a white head. Aroma of light weedy hops, grain and light malt with a little fruit. Flavour is above light sweet and light to light moderate bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation. [07-07-2016]

Shared ’jam jar’ on draught at Chivuo’s Barcelona on 7th July 2016 during the RBESG. One of the first clear beers we had been poured (still on day one), this was golden with a white head, just like a real Pilsner. This Pilsner was leaning towards the sweeter end of the style with semi-sweet malts ruling the aroma and taste, some light grassy, floral traces but not too much bitterness.

Tap at Chivuos. Clear golden with white head. Lots of sweet malts, soft creamy raw grains, light fresh mowed grass, hint of flowers and honey. Medium sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied.
