We all love a good I.P.A. so here we go with the black flag interpretation of the classic. Brewed with hops from all over the globe including; Cascade, Calypso and Ahtanum from America. Topaz from Australia and Motueka from New Zealand. This little beast of a brew is fruity as hell and a bit too easy to drink.

Can from The Beerhive. Clear bronze body with a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of peach, digestive biscuits and grapefruit. Flavour of orange, caramel and tomatoes. Medium body with an oily texture. Average fizz. A solid beer, but the hops aren’t quite shining in this.

Can. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Hazy, dark gold. Bubbly, glossy topped, lasting, sticky, off white head. Looks good. Nose has melon. Peach. Orange peel. Some spicy, minty herb. Some lime zest. Spicy malt background. Taste is zesty, pithy bitter. Some hop spice. Light sweetness. Medium body, with maybe a little too much fizz. Finish gets very crisp, pithy, tangy bitter. Dries out on the close. Easy drinking.
