Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 02/04/15. Dark chestnut brown with a decent beige swirl. Nose is pine needle, spice, charr, toffee, darl fruit rinds, cocoa powder. Taste comprises light charr, liquorice, pine, earthy hops, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good spattering of hop bitterness. Decent.

Cask at Craft 100 April 2015 - London. Pours clear brown with a creamy tan head. The nose holds ripe fruit and toasty bread. Medium sweet flavor with strong earthy hop character, citrus rind, grains, grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sticky to finish with some toasted grains, more earth and grass. So so.

2nd April 2015
Craft #100 fest at Clapham. Cask. Light haze on this deep amber beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Minerals. Sweetish thin malts with super mild roast. Trace of dark chocolate. Mild berry fruits. Modest floral marmalade. Light hop spice and pine. Trace of candy fruits. Finishes crisp with a mild bitter linger. All sort s going on here with nothing dominating. Complex, tasty and in great condition.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear brown with a decent white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, piney fresh, cocoa, earth, hint of coffee, orange sherbet and juicy tropical fruits. The taste is bitter, earthy, pine, varnish, leather, orange rind, cocoa, earthy roast, light alcohol and some tropical fruits with a linger bitter-dry finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and slick mouth-feel. Good bitterness and depth. Very nice indeed. One of the stand-outs of the fest for me.
