Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Hazy, golden amber colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, peach, floral hops, caramel and slightly toasted malts. Light butter. Taste is bitter. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with caramel malts and a good fruitiness. Nice DIPA.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Om-ratening Tap@Eskilstuna Ölkulturs bryggpub. Gyllengul, lätt grumlad, vätska med krämigt skum. Doft av granskott, krusbär och grape. Mjuk inledning som följs av en hyfsat stor maltkropp och en kick fruktig beska. Eldig och fyllig munkänsla. En klassiker som funnits ett tag.

Bottle at Jerntorgets Brygghus, Goteborg, 21/03/14. Hazed orange amber with a big off white head. Nose is lightly floral hops, bitter orange, citric rind, sweet notes, hint of perfume. Taste comprises mineral bite, pithy citrics, bitter orange, bitter grapefruit, lemon rind, grassy. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, hop bitterness in the close. Solid easy drinking DIPA.

Bottle at Jerntorgets Brygghus. The aroma is grassy hop nettle. The flavour is strong bitter with a rich woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle, 8.7%. Very malty aroma, quite caramelly with a subdued citric hoppiness. Cloudy yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is very malty and very bitter. There is a good grainy maltiness with a fine flowery aroma hop in the flavour. The bitterness is very high, but clean and good. One of the bitterest beers I have had. 8 3 8 3 17
Draught at KCBD18. Good grapefruity flavour. Clean and flavourful. Cloudy golden colour. Good creamy white head. I did not get as much bitterness as the first time I tried this beer. 7 3 8 3 17

Bottle. Pours clear golden with small white head. Very intensive hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and a touch of grass. Intensive, hoppy flavour with notes of citrus and eerie flowery overtones, as well as discreet malty touches. Bitter aftertaste. Well balanced and decent. The first Double IPA I have had that really lives up to its style. All the other I have tried were just strong and sweetish.

Bottle from Systembolaget web shop. Hazy orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and rather hoppy - peach and grapefruit. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 100913

Bouteille 33cl via trade, tack Nisse666. BB 2014-02-19. Dorée trouble, col épais blanc. Arôme présente un bouquet profond herbacé et agrumes dominant, note de feuilles vertes et citronnelle. Palais est houblonné, note de pin et nanas suivi d’un palais sec malté - grains. Note épicée accompagnée d’un léger pamplemousse et autres fruité tropical. Pointe aigre-douce avec ce côté grains rappelant le seigle et presque un subtile fumé? Fin de bouche est râpeuse et terreuse. Pas mauvaise mais le profil houblonné amérisant est tellement dominant que c’est presque surfait au niveau d’un fruité vert qui semble renforcé.
