Fuzzy bitterness, bit dry, actually it has a great bittersweet balance, hoppy burps aplenty, this is another damn good beer at The Mutton. Citrussy a little orange, very juicy. A8 A5 T8 P4 Ov16 4.1

Cask at the Rake. It pours clear gold with a small, bubbly white head. The nose is pretty pungent ....hay, grass, creamy orange, tangerine, white grape and juicy grapefruit. The taste is bitter, resinous, grapefruit rind, orange peel, hay, raw bitterness and wood with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and somewhat oily mouth-feel. Assertive bitterness to it. A enjoyable cask APA.
