Cheers to Stevie. It pours clear gold with a decent white head. The nose is soft, sweet, paper, herbal, grassy, earth and dough. The taste is toasty, grainy, clean, cracker, pepper, minerals, touch of citrus, toasty and soda water with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Quite light and simple.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassy and slight yeasty. Bitter, grassy, light fruity. Toasted malty and mild fruity. Dry and slight bitter finish.

Een bier met wilde (brett) gist, schenkt geel/gouden met witte kraag, goede kraag vullende co2, kraag slinkt wel snel. Aroma; hmmm brett gist zou toch in principe wat zuur bier moeten opleveren, ik ruik eerder een saison met wat citrus. Smaken van citrus, fris gras, licht en dun van textuur, pepertje, koriander, zwakke body, licht bier, maar niets van dat wat het etiket doet beloven, brett-nee, onstuimig en ontbaar-nou dan moet je wel op een viskotter zitten op de Noordzee met windkracht 8, maar niet ergens relaxend in het zonnetje. Clear deep golden color, small white head. Floral, a bit grainy and citrusy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Crisp carbonation. Light fruityness, Belgian yeast and citrus. Easy to drink blonde. Somehow I thought that this is a wild ale but no, it is very similar to the standard De Koninck.

33cl Bottle from Prik&Tik Baelus. Clear golden colour, thin white head. Aroma of some green apples, some very light funk, light malty. Flavour is light to medium sweet, light malty, green apples, some peach or apricot, tiny salty hint of funk, light - bitter finish. Light bodied. Meh.

33 cl. bottle @ Robert’s Pub, Veenendaal. Hazy light golden with a white head. Fruity, slightly hoppy nose. Taste is light to moderate sweet with some minimal bitterness. Body is light and carbonation is lively. I enjoyed this one a lot, really fresh lively taste with some light funk.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of peach, light mineral notes, light citrus notes and fruits. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with no sourness really coming out. Hugely mineral in the palate. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
