Bottle from Yamaichi. Grass, earthy nose, pine resins, light citrus, caramel. Deep amber to medium brown, cloudy, fine head. Rich, full flavor. Earthy, resinous, very bitter. Rather dry as well, with traces of minerals. Interesting, clean, drinkable. Rather light in body.

Bottle from the Vinmonopelet, Oslo. Medium amber pour, thin white frothy head. Lovely bitter aroma and the most wonderfully smooth bitter taste. Perhaps the nicest IPA ive ever been lucky enough to taste! Not as bitter as most IPA's but that's not a problem for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

draft @ Moeder Lambic Orangée, col blanc/beige.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a huge creamy off-white head that dissipates with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy grapefruit and pine, with caramel notes. Flavor is the same, with a medium bitter finish.
