Fit-out has an understated taste but a great texture with a nice bitterness.

Hamilton Hall Spoons. Light haze on this gold beer. Nice creamy off white head. Light palate, smooth and a little dry. Pleasantly citrussy grapefruit and bitter orange peel. A little creamy malt in the background. Very pleasant hop fruits. Finishes semi dry. Well put together.

Cask at the Metropolitan Bar, Baker Street, London. A golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Hoppy, citrus fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, some bitterness, malty. Not bad.

Cask at the Skylark. It pours golden yellow, with a thin, foamy white head. The nose is pine, light resin, straw, boiled sweets and citrus pith. The taste is straw, hay, pine, earth, spice and fresh floral hop, with a light dry finish. Light to medium body and fine carbonation. Clean, crisp and easy drinking. I wasn’t expecting this to be as good as it is.

Cask handpull at Ashford Spoons. Gold near on clear lasting off white head. Very earthy but quite hoppy golden ale. Lots of earthyness on the cascades. Its quiye hoppy I suppose for what it is. Ok.
