Cask at the Lord Moon of the Mall, London, as Slaters Premium Bitter. Amber colour, low head. Moderate aroma, some fruit and toffee. Smooth flavour, tolerably well balanced between the malts and hops. A decent bitter, "typically English".

23rd July 2010. On tap at the Old Dispensary - Aldgate E1. Slightly hazy amber beer. Decent white head. Nicely balanced even malt and juicy orange hop. Misses a few marks for an appley streak. In good nick but possibly a few more days in the cellar would have been good. Perfectly drinkable nontheless.

Cask, gravity at the Kings Arms Beer Festival, Kidlington, Oxon 28-03-08 Mid amber pour some jaminess and marmalade flavours otherwise my scant notes on this one would indicate that there is little more going on. OK
