Son goût est remarquable, léger et conjugué avantageusement sur un ton à la fois modestement sucré et fruité, laissant en bouche une impression rafraîchissante comme on en redemande.

Bottle @ home, shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Nice reddish copper color, decent creamy white head. Smell wine, lightly sour, lightly sweet. Taste decent: sweet, malts. Decent carbo, low body.

Pour is a dark brown with a average white head. Aroma is caramel and some spice. Flavor is at first some brown sugar but then is way to sweet. Almost no funk to be found under the sweetness. Way to sweet for the style and not good.

25cl bottle. It pours an amber colour with a beautiful red hue. There are gentle bubbles and there is some head which gradually fades. The nose has sultanas and sweet malt. The taste is grainy and fruity throughout. The palate has a medium structure, it is of medium texture and there is a fresh finish. Overall, this is not an overly complex beer but it is very balanced.

0.33l bottle. Pours a deep nutty-brown body with a bubbly off-white head leaving lacings. Nose is strong burned caramel, butterscotch, malts and faint grassy hops. Reminds me of a lot of Inniss and Gunn actually. Medium bodied and low carbonation. Tastes quite caramel-sweet and slightly spicy with mild bitterness from the hops. Ends sweet and quite quickly.

Pours a very dark copper red to brown beer, off-white creamy head, non stable, adhesive. Aroma: yeast, caramel, sweet malts, hint of overripe fruits (pears). MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: sweet malts, fruity, caramel, bready yeast. Aftertaste: a little tart, red berries, yeast again. An atypical saison with character!

Warning! Early amateur rating! Light and refreshing start. Followed by some tanginess and a pleasant finish. Hard to describe but nice!

Bottle at BCTC 2010. Pours a light brown with a a beige-ish head. Aroma holds some fruit and spice notes. Flavor is sweet with a nice malt profile, along with berries and light spices, then finishes with moderate bitterness. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Decent Saison.

Bottle Amber with a white head. A different saison, not as spicy as expected, tasted mostly malt, toffee and yeast. A lot of carbonation.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a ream colored head. Grain and caramel aroma with some cookie notes. Caramel and yeast flavor with light spice, banana, and light summer fruits. Medium bodied. Easy to drink. Caramel and spice lingers with banana and light fruit.
