Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sweetish apple juice with mild sugary notes, white wine. Sweet but not too much, pretty drinkable Cider.

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of yellow apples, citrus, herbs, vanilla and a Champagne like touch of yeast. Fruity, dryish taste with yellow apples, herbs, citrus, white bread, spices and a touch of vanilla in a finish with a balanced acidity. Medium body, mainly dry. Dry and harmonious, with a slight leaning towards Champagne. Nice one.

Cydr belgijski raczej rozczarowanie, w porównaniu do wielu cydrow tego producenta ten wypada nijako,poza piana, jak na cydr to owszem ladna i trwala, zlota barwa, stylowa i skromna buteleczka, ale Brut to to nie jest lekko się wyczuwa alkohol i w dodatku słodkawe, takie polslodkie, zle to odfermentowano chyba, nieco sztucznawe.

0.33 l bottle from 'Speciaalbierpakket.nl', best before October 2020. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity and a bit woody aroma of ripe apples and hints of pear. Slightly sweet, a little sourish, gently fruity taste of ripe apples, some white grapes and a touch of wood, followed by a short, slightly tart, gently dry and a bit woody finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very decent cider, pretty close to sparkling wine.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Apple, light funk. Taste: Apple and apple skin, moderate to medium sweet, with some barnyard funk notes. Foamy mouthfeel. Very easy drinkable. Medium carbonation. Pretty dry mouthfeel Missing some bite, but ok.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth shindig 04/08/2018. A clear petrol yellow coloured pour with a fine white froth. Aroma is champagne, tart, dry apple, dry grape,. Flavour is composed of semi dry, woody apple pips, white sugars, light bark, vanilla. Palate is semi sweet, dry finish, highish carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle split at the pre GBBF Shindig '18, thanks to Scopey, 04/08/14. Pale golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is mellow apple, grassy, straw, grains. Taste comprises apple skins, mellow orchard notes, grassy, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Sparkling, clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apples, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple, apple skin, green apple, sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - almost lively.
