Clear 500ml bottle BBE March 2025, obtained from a local shop in Witheridge, Devon. Drank at my Dad's place on 12th February 2024. Golden body, no head, dry and tastes of apples!

500ml bottle from Londis Woolacombe, shared with Soph in the shade on the golf course opposite. Pours clear pale gold, medium carbonation. Fruity sweet aroma. Taste is clean, sweet with no discernible tannin. Just a simple sweet accessible cider.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Sparkling, pale golden colour, large short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of sharp apple & funk. Taste is tart apple, apple skin, bittersweet with earthy funk, oak, vanilla and drying tannin. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle on the roof, shared. Clear golden. Sweet apples, moldy apple peels, touch of vanilla, custard. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and a bit thin aroma’s. Seriously dry. Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear pale golden with no head. Aroma of red apple, light woody notes and a light funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [19-08-2016]

[ As Winkleigh Sam’s Poundhouse Dry Cider ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, fruity apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sugary apple - cider, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20160819]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear pale yellow pale golden color, small white lacing. Aroma is appplepeel, dried apples. Taste starts out decently sweet with some ripe apples but indeed finishes quite dry. Not bad though, I quite like it.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Clear pale yellow. Interesting mouldy apple skin aroma. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Green apples, lots of appleskins, notes of soil, leather and metal. A touch of resin in the finish.
