On tap at Brasserie L’Ermitage , Brussels on 4th February 2022. Hazy amber with shallow white foam and spot lacing. Zesty peel aroma. Lemon citrus and peanut nuttiness in mouth, and a tangy citrus finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Hazy pale yellow with a thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of yellow apple, pear, banana peel, yeast, white bread, unripe mandarin, herbs. Taste is light fruity sweet, restrained apple & mandarin, hoppy bitter core of grass, pine & a herbal element, yeasty, a bit wheaty & lemony sour. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, a bit bitter, subtle yellow fruit, yeast & spices. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Somewhat underwhelming.

Aftertaste: hoppy, soft bitterness, some orange peel, fruity, bit resinous, citrus, grapefruit, lovely beer!

(Draught at L'Ermitage Taproom, Brussels, 19 Oct 2018) Golden colour with lasting, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, resin and pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with crisp-bread, citrus, resin, pine needles, grass and a balanced piney/citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Tap. Cloudy yellow. Tropical fruit, fruit salad, mango. Medium, strongly carbonated, with some hoppy fruit flavours and bitterness lurking behind. Really captures the NEIPA in a session way, although the carbonation kills a bit too much
