Very pale yellow and clear appearance with no head. Aroma of sweetness and fruity apples, simple but not artificial like some basic level ciders. Moderate to low carbonation on the palate, not too watery or syrupy. Taste is sweet apple, a little sharp tartness and a mild dry finish. Its a very simple yet well balanced cider.

[50cl bottle from a Londis in Bracknell.] A very pale colour with a light sparkle when first poured; fresh dessert apple aroma; sweet tasting with a slightly tart finish; and very well hidden alcohol.

500 ml green bottle, from British Corner Shop. ABV is 7.4%. Extremely pale colour, nearly like water. Pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice and fresh aroma of the Katy apple variety, a hint of sulphites. The fresh flavour has sour & sweet notes of apples, not so much bittersweet tannins. For a single apple variety cider, this is very good.

Pours with no foam and a clear liquid with some bubbly carbonation. Aroma is sharp and sour apples, a bit of sweetness. Flavour is apple skins and a bit of fruity sweetness with just a hint of that high alcohol. Well balanced flavour in fact. Otherwise not much to look at, but for a cheapy Sainsy's cider this isn't bad at all.

Bottle at Elephant and Castle, Farnborough. Hazy apple peel aroma. Very pale gold. Bubbly white head, as is the body. Light sweet. Some hints of bitterness come in through the finish. Light bodied. Watery. Soft fizzy carbonation. Abrupt finish. OK on a hot day.
