Bright blond colour with thin head. There is a sweet element to this not too far away from a apricot jam tart. Buttery pastry notes not really expected but it taste quite good. Dry peppery finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from an online shop a while back. Pours lightly unclear gold with a rising, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, citric, some plastic, grass, lemon peel, moderate yeast, crispy grains. Light to medium bodied with active carbaornion. Finishes with forward notes of white pepper, further grassy bitterness, husky grains. Lingering white pepper. Interesting saison.

Hazy amber with white head. Sweet, grainy and strong herbal. Dense floral, lavender, andives, corn fleeces, grain, black and white pepper. Sweet edge, quite bitter, and very dry body and finish. Quite strong carbonation.

Fairly hazy golden orange with a big thick off white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, damp, herbs, glue, plastic and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy orange golden with white head. Weird funk yeast, herbal, plastic, quite bready, lemon rind, apricot. Medium sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Quite weird, and the plastic taste in the finish is a bit nasty.

Keg at IMBC '19, session 2, 04/10/19. Hazed golden orange with an off white cap that dissipates edgeward. Nose is base funk, herb, grass, dry rot, fruit esters. Taste comprises barnyard notes, light medicinal elements, damp straw, grains, yeast esters, white peppery spice, herbal bite, lemon rind, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad.
