Bottle avec ma femme. It pours hazy orange with a classic Fantome massive foamy white head. The aroma is hearty, bready malts, cereal, spices, wood, bit of funk, straw, hay, earth and savoury vibes. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, bitter, hay, floral, rather spiced, bready malts, cereal, cracker, bit of sponge cake, toasty grain, bit of funk and a twist of citrus. Finish is dry and spiced. Medium body and high, fluffy carbonation. Definitely feels more like Fantome than Burning Sky, with the spice character. A pleasant Saison anyhow.

20th Aug 2019, Shrewsbury monthly share at Chez Sophie. Cheers to Paolo for this cork and capped 75cl bottle. BB May 2024. Misty golden orange body, large white crown on top. Spicy, yeasty and hoppy, not the sour-puss I was expecting; pleased.
