Deep copper with a rich white head. Red apple, touch of funk and caramel. Sweet caramel, red apple, bitterness and a touch of wood and funk. Not my thing.

Version 2. A golden amber ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, light cork, light Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous hops, light cork and ground cherry, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice.

On tap. Pours a dark copper with moderate head. Aromas of muddled sour fruit and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional dry apples and grain

On tap at Garden Path, pours a cloudy bright amber with a large white head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy oak upfront, with bready malt, and light wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, fermented out honey, some wood and gentle wild yeast. Not especially complex or well-integrated, but it's alright.

On tap at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Hazy amber a bit bright, adhesive off-white head. Nose: white wine aroma, elderflowers, hay. Mouth: very refreshing, some nice mild sweet maltiness with a citric finish. Lovely brew this one!
