Tap @ MBCT Green Session. Nice orange pour, some foam. Funky nose, apple skins, light acidity. Taste has some flowers, kind of dry sour and some dried out apple juice, white wine character is also there. Subtle and has many flavours packed in there. Dry sourish finish.

Very pale light golden color. Light apricot sour nose with just a touch of funk and oak. Tart low carbonation, smooth with modest apricot and oak notes. Everything is a bit more subtle than expected but still a great beer
