Bottle. Can’t recall where from. Pretty hazy, blush pink tinged, deep gold. Ended up with a fair amount of sediment in the glass (never bothers me). Fine Kernel swede. Nose has a beautiful mix of fresh, tart damson, and sweet, pulpy citrus. Hint of milky funk. Hint of sweaty brett. Taste has a well balanced crisp tartness, and fruity sweetness. Crisp and dry on the palate. Fine foamy carbonation. Tart and fruity finish. I’d love this in a 750. This disappeared in seconds.

Almost clear apricot colour beer, tiny pale apricot colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry with decent fine carbonation. Nice funky guava thing going on here. Mild lemon sherbet. Some damson coming through at the end along with a ramp up in the lemon sherbet. Great stuff, a bit off the beaten track and stupidly drinkable.

Keg at Mother Arch V2, 11/03/20. Lightly hazed orange with a decent off white head. Nose carries a funky damson twang, plummy tones, sharp citric zest, damp wood. Taste comprises plummy depths, tangy stoned fruits, citric tinged straw, green berry funk, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid.

Bottle at home picked up from the brewery, split with Sarah. A light hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is lovely delicate florals, rose petal, potpourri peach., light tart, effervescent. Flavour is composed of tart, red berries, woody lemon, floral notes,, white peach, fine carbonation. Some menthol and elderflower notes. Delicate and nuanced. Palate is tart and refreshing, highish prickly carbonation.

Keg at the brewery taproom during the 10th anniversary party. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Big brett funk in here, some citric tang as well. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Drying finish with forward brett character, some tangerine, tangy lemon. Awesome.
