Bottled. Hazy golden colour, big white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, and some wooden and mild nectary tones. Flavour is nectar, some wooden, mild floral, fruity and some hebal tones. Mild spiciness in the finish.

Seriously everything you could hope for from a meeting of these two saison gods. Perfectly bitter and drinkable. Light lime peel and a sense of paint acrylic but done so well you wished you were addicted to huffing paint. Plenty of florals. Golden pour with great head and lacing. Bitter ass finish. Very nice. Tap at Rustico.

Véritable signature, cette amertume ciselée et racée que l'on retrouve notamment sur les XX bitter ou XXX bitter se fait ressentir dès me nez et rythme ma dégustation. Cette collaboration avec Dunham permet toutefois d'amener une base douce et fruitée agrémentant bien cette complexité. Si on en vient maintenant aux limites de cette IPA il faut commencer par avouer qu'elle ne porte pas entièrement bien son nom avec une complexité dans la normale. L'intensité aromatique est également quelque peu décevante avec une bière qui manque de corps. Enfin, l'alcool, à 6 % est très limite. Belle prestation en verre avec un blond orangé limpide parcouru par de très fines bulles et agrémenté d'une mousse blanche de 3 mm. Le nez est sur une amertume racée à la De Ranke sur le pamplemousse, herbacée, le zest d'orange. L'attaque jouit d'un bon équilibre entre amertume et base maltée. L'amertume, herbacée, légèrement terreuse, sur le pamplemousse et le zest d'orange est ainsi sur les devants et bien accompagnée par une base sur la pêche. Une pointe de poivre parachève le cocktail aromatique. Une astringence, qui se développe en seconde bouche en même temps que l'amertume est également présente. Belle amertume toutefois, élancée et racée. L'arrière bouche et le final sont exclusivement sur cette amertume, sèche, punchy, avec des arômes principaux de pamplemousse. Sympathique, mais peut mieux faire.

Clear orange blond beer, big creamy yellowish head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: floral, bit soapy, citrus, spicy, dry, bit herbal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, very floral, bitter and slightly soapy, herbal, spicy touch. Aftertaste: sweet malty notes, spicy, grains, hay, very floral finish.

Bottle. Clear amber with a 3/2 white head. Aroma of bitter oranges with a marmalade touch, floral, doughy and spicy notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Some sticky bread crust sweetness along with some apricot before floral and citrus notes and a hint of resin. Firm to strong bitterness in the manner you'd expect from De Ranke. Deeply refreshing.

Sampled at THT October. Almost clear golden with white head. Lots of fresh herbal hops, grassy, light lime, spicy hops, soft malts, flowery, bread crust, caramel. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Medium bodied. Lots of green hops here. OK.
