Bottle from Morrisons, Todmorden. Golden with a bubbly-frothy head. Easy-drinking ale, sessionable, although not a very stated ’pale ale’ - it’s just a name on the label!

An acceptable beer that needs to be well chilled and enjoyed in the sun. However, there was a pronounced sweetness and a taste of corn that, for me, was verging on the unpleasant. This seems to have changed from when I drank it before.......

Bottle from Morrisons, Harwich. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is sweet malt, citrus, light grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light watery, mineral, light hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice label :-)

Bottle from Morrisons and drunk at home. Stick a label on it saying Craft Brewed, doesnt’ mean it’s any good. And this isn’t. A little sweet a touch of butter, not much hop. It’s just a sweetish pale ale that just doesn’t go anywhere. Wow. It’s a long time since I had something this dull and awful. No faults. Just not very interesting at all.

Aroma is initially sileage, fermenting grass, mineral, light eggy, Flavour is composed of light nutty grains, bit of toffee, mineral, slightly chalky, Brown bread and a little tangy, damp grass.Palate is light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Meh.

50cl bottle from Morrisons. An amber pour with no head, but high carbonation; malty aroma; over pasteurised with a caramel taste; and a biscuity finish. Instantly forgetable.
