Tap @ Beer Temple, 5 oz. Hazy straw yellow color. Dense white head. Aroma’s: sweet, tropical fruit. Retronasal it’s sweet, light plastic, bitterish. Flavor is rather bitter, earthy. Medium bodied. Very soft carbonation. Long earthy bitter finish. Not too fresh anymore I think.

On 2nd June 2016 I was taken to the Taphouse before an LA Galaxy game. Five beer flight, plus a 16oz glass. This was one of my chosen beers in the flight. Slight haze to my golden bodied beer. Aroma and taste is all about the hop content, fairly bitter and leaning towards a citrusy nature: some calming malts help to balance the various hop contingent. Decent.

33cl bottle at De Paas in The Hague. Hazy golden pour with a medium-height white head. A good IPA, leaning towards citrus and bitter hops, but doesn’t stand out in any way. Crisp, dry and refreshing.

The Pigs Ear wrap up tasting at ChrisO’s. Lightly hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Bretty savoury over a little creamy malt sweetness. Touch of orange hop and citrus. Smooth light finish. Very bretty!
